1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TeslaByElon, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement, and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account creation requires identity verification — you must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID, passport, or driver's licence). You must be at least 17 years old. Accounts that fail verification or are found to be fraudulent will be suspended.

3. Identity Verification

To protect our community and comply with applicable regulations, all users must complete an identity check before accessing the full Platform. This involves uploading a clear photo of both the front and back of your government-issued ID document.

Your documents are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized personnel. We do not use automated facial recognition. By submitting your documents, you consent to this verification process.

Submitting fraudulent, altered, or another person's documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Vehicle Orders & Payments

Vehicle listings, prices and availability may change without notice. Placing an order submits a purchase request that we review before confirming. Payment is arranged privately through the method you select (crypto, bank, Stripe or Cash App); no charge is taken on the Platform itself.

Shipping fees and delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by destination zone.

5. Virtual Wallet, Investments & Demo Trading

The wallet balance, investment plans and trading features are virtual/simulated for demonstration purposes and do not involve real money or real securities unless explicitly stated. Figures shown are illustrative and are not financial advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeslaByElon is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
