1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone, avatar). Order and checkout details (shipping address, chosen payment method, delivery zone). Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken.

Identity verification documents (national ID or passport — front and back) required to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement of 17 years old.

In demo mode, some data (your account and activity) may be stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers.

2. Identity Verification & Biometric-Adjacent Data

To keep the Platform safe and compliant, we require users to submit a government-issued identity document (e.g. national ID card, passport, or driver's licence) during account registration. Both the front and back of the document must be provided.

Document images are encrypted in transit and stored securely via Firebase Storage. Access is strictly limited to authorized platform administrators for verification purposes only.

We do not perform automated facial recognition or biometric matching. Document images are reviewed manually and are retained only as long as legally required or until you request deletion.

By creating an account, you consent to this identity verification process as a condition of access to the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account, verify your identity and age (17+), process and review orders, contact you about purchases or enquiries, operate the wallet/investment/trading features, and improve the Platform.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, authentication, email delivery) and where required by law.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Identity documents are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including any identity documents we hold — by contacting us.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and operate demo features.
