Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Review Period

Every order is created as "Under review." Because payment is arranged privately, you may cancel at no cost any time before payment is made and the order is confirmed — just contact us or our customer service.

2. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us with your order number. If payment has not yet been processed, the cancellation is immediate and free.

3. Vehicle Returns

Given the nature of vehicle purchases, returns are assessed case by case. Eligible vehicles may be returned within the period agreed in your purchase confirmation, subject to inspection and a restocking/transport fee. Vehicles must be returned in the condition delivered.

Each eligible vehicle includes the guarantee stated at checkout (e.g. a 2-year guarantee) covering the terms described in your confirmation.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible, after any applicable fees. Shipping fees may be non-refundable once a vehicle has shipped.

5. Virtual Wallet & Demo Funds

Virtual wallet balances, demo investments and simulated trades have no monetary value and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
